MPA Membership Subscription
Traditionally the MPA Members levy a charge based on the number of employees. Should we have bronze, silver, gold and platinum members? Maybe we could consider eLearn members and eBusiness members. What do you think? Note: you don't have to be a member to contribute to the discussion.
Hourly Rates for Plumbers
Great; cost of labour, overheads, profit, risk, and a bit extra for down time, repairing and sharpening tools etc. plus, of course, time to clean the work vehicle and add a bit for showering and cleaning up after the job is all done. Oh yes, don't forget that you have to pack and unpack the vehicle some times and pick up stuff on yor way. That's the 'Hourly Rate'.

Safety On Site
Its a big issue for employers because you have to comply with the law and provide a safe work place. Does that mean that you have to hold the hand of everyone on site to make sure that they don't hurt themselves? How can we better manage our obligations? It's up to you.
